Information We Collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, and any details you choose to include when you submit a form on our website, call or text us, or enroll as a client.
- Information collected automatically. Standard web data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected through your browser and analytics tools.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our phone and messaging provider, scheduling and practice-management systems, and IT vendors), and where required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of a child or another person.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
We use text messaging to communicate with families and prospective clients who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in. You may opt in by giving us your mobile number and verbally agreeing to receive messages when you speak with our staff by phone or in person, for example during intake or scheduling. Consent is recorded in your client record.
How you opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. For help, reply HELP or email info@playpathaba.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service from PlayPath ABA.
PlayPath ABA Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@playpathABA.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Protected Health Information
Health information created or received in the course of providing ABA therapy services is handled in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including HIPAA where it applies. Our Notice of Privacy Practices governs that information, is provided to clients at intake, and is available on request. This Privacy Policy governs our website and our text messaging program; where the two differ with respect to protected health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.
Please do not send sensitive health information by text message or through website forms. Text messaging is not a secure channel, and it should never be used for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
We serve children, and information about a child is provided to us by a parent or legal guardian. Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children online. If you believe a child has provided us information through our website, contact us and we will delete it.
